SRH Heidelberg offers a curriculum specially designed for business students.  Classes explore critical aspects of conducting business in Europe including proper business behavior and cross-cultural issues in communications.  Students can attend the regular semester exchange program from August to December, and should consider adding the SRH Summer Business Program, which is led by CSU COB faculty members during the first 5-week block from mid-June to mid-July.

General Program Information

WHEN: Students may participate in the program for a full academic year, fall, or spring semester.

WHERE:  Heidelberg, Germany.

HOST INSTITUTION:  SRH University Heidelberg

CREDITS:  Two European Credit and Transfer Accumulation System (ECTS) credits are equal one CSU credit.

COST:  Please see relevant budget sheet for fall or spring. Students should complete the Education Abroad Common Scholarship Application as Heidelberg applicants are eligible for scholarships.

LANGUAGE:  English is the primary language of instruction for most business classes.  Depending on language ability, qualified students can take classes taught in German.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:  Minimum GPA 2.5, Good Disciplinary Standing. Sophomore or higher class standing preferred.

LEARNING OBJECTIVE:  This program allows Colorado State University business students to attend SRH Heidelberg University on exchange basis for one or two semesters. 


BUSINESS COURSES TAUGHT IN ENGLISH--The business school at Heidelberg teaches the undergraduate curriculum during eight, 5-week blocks.


CSU students normally reside in self-catered, student apartments.  Accommodations do not include meals but dining is available throughout campus.  For more information, click here.
